And, we hold our partners accountable and help reinforce the guardrails to ensure they are free to innovate while abiding by all guidelines.
- Similarly, our governance, leadership, board support and employee services offerings are critical to the success of our partners. Board members, directors and managers will come and go within a partner’s organization, but continuity of service and maintaining the culture is absolutely vital to our partners’ success. The culture of a school, camp or program doesn’t magically appear — it must be nurtured with consistency and without allowing turnover to make a significant impact.
